MODERN INTERIORS in TURKEY SYMPOSIUM III

June 10-11, 2024

TED University, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design

CALL FOR POSTERS

The symposium invites participants to present examples of modern interior spaces produced between the 1920s and 1980s. The event aims to draw attention to undocumented examples of 20th-century Turkish architecture's interior spaces and create a discussion platform for the reinterpretation of period interiors with new perspectives.

With the increasing participation, the diversity of Poster Presentations enriches the documentation efforts targeted by the docomomo_tr Interior Space Committee. It is also hoped that significant progress will be made towards raising awareness of Turkey's modern interior architecture heritage and sharing it with broader audiences.
